Return:

We produced handmade, perishable food items, returns and refunds are not offered.
Please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery with a detailed description and photograph(s) of the arrival condition.

We will promptly assist you with a replacement or an exchange of equal value.

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, claims submitted without photographic support cannot be processed

Our guarantee of replacement is valid only on correctly addressed orders successfully delivered on the first attempt


Replacement:

We cannot offer complimentary replacements for failed deliveries or compromised products when:

  • An incorrect or outdated address is provided.
  • The address is missing a valid suite or apartment number.
  • The recipient is out of town or unavailable to retrieve the package.
  • The carrier reroutes the order or the package is not retrieved promptly upon delivery.
  • Extended transit times for any reason including return to sender compromise our delicate chocolates, Chocolate Midge may deem returned items unsuitable for redelivery, and any new replacement order will be at the customer's expense.
