Tasting Experience Tier 1: Origin Experience
Discover the story behind exceptional cacao through a guided tasting of four single-origin chocolates. Explore the farmers, cultivation practices, post-harvest processes, and agricultural systems that shape each chocolate’s unique character.
The experience also includes an insider tour of the Chocolate Midge workshop.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour, plus time for discussion and questions.
Tasting Experience Tier 2: Taste With Color
An immersive sensory experience that includes everything in Tier 1, along with a curated confection tasting and a guided watercolor exploration.
Participants will investigate the fascinating connection between color, flavor perception, and the ways our senses influence the chocolate-tasting experience.
Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours, plus time for discussion and creative exploration
